About this solution
Many handling tasks stay manual because the parts do not arrive in fixed positions. Ubanthu Robotics solves this with 3D vision-guided robotic handling cells that locate, pick, and place parts even when they are stacked randomly or presented in variable orientations.
Our cells pair structured-light or stereo 3D cameras with industrial robots and application-specific grippers. Vision software handles part recognition, pose estimation, and collision-aware pick planning so the cell can work on high-mix parts without constant re-teaching.
Typical applications include random bin picking, machine tending with bulk-fed parts, and downstream handling where upstream sortation would be expensive. We integrate with ABB, KUKA, FANUC, Yaskawa, Mitsubishi, and Universal Robots, sized to payload, reach, and cycle requirements.
