Ubanthu Robotics designs robotic dispensing cells that apply sealants, adhesives, thermal paste, lubricants, and two-component materials with consistent flow and path control that manual application cannot match.
Our cells combine an application-matched robot with a metered dispensing unit, nozzle tooling, and process feedback such as flow sensors and vision inspection. We handle everything from body sealant paths in automotive assembly to fine glue dots in electronics manufacturing.
Every dispensing cell is validated in offline simulation before commissioning and documented with recipe management so your process engineers can re-qualify parameters after material changes or maintenance. We work with ABB, KUKA, FANUC, Yaskawa, Mitsubishi, and Universal Robots depending on payload, reach, and cleanroom requirements.
