About this solution
Manual deburring is slow, inconsistent, and one of the most common sources of rejects and operator fatigue on the shop floor. Ubanthu Robotics designs and integrates robotic deburring cells that remove burrs, flash, and sharp edges from castings, forgings, machined parts, and fabricated components with the same edge quality on every cycle.
Our deburring systems combine a six-axis robot, active or passive compliance tooling, and application-specific spindles, abrasive belts, or brush wheels. The cell is engineered around the part family you run most often, with fixturing and dressing routines designed for fast changeover and predictable cycle times.
Every cell we deliver is backed by offline simulation, on-floor commissioning, and operator training so your team owns the system from day one. We integrate with leading robot brands including ABB, KUKA, FANUC, Universal Robots, Yaskawa, and Mitsubishi, and we size the cell for the volumes, part mix, and factory layout you actually have today.
