    What we deliver

    Simulation is how smart integrators stop problems before they reach the shop floor. Ubanthu Robotics delivers offline simulation and process validation using industry-standard tools including ABB RobotStudio, KUKA.Sim, FANUC ROBOGUIDE, Yaskawa MotoSim, and Visual Components.

    We build complete digital twins of the cell: robot, fixtures, tooling, conveyors, safety equipment, and part geometry. This lets us validate reach, collision clearance, cycle time, and safety zones before any steel is cut. For complex welding, deburring, and dispensing paths we also validate process parameters against the real part in simulation.

    Our simulation deliverables are usable handover artifacts, not throwaway analysis: parameterized cell models, documented cycle-time budgets, and offline-generated robot programs that load and run on the real cell with minimal touch-up.
